Our societal norms tend to prioritize intellect at the expense of emotions.
My approach is grounded in the belief that our emotional life and intelligence are equally important. However, we frequently focus on one or the other. Neglect of either can lead to physiological stress, internal imbalance, confusion, discontent, and illness. By recognizing, naming, and comprehending our emotional experiences and intellectual strengths, we pave the way for internal balance and foster a deeper connection with ourselves.
